I recorded the words on 'no limits' in preparation for a series of floats (in a floatation tank) at Float in The Forest in the Forest of Dean. Beliefs Unlimited was devised by, and the words were written by, John C Lilly and published in his book The Centre of the Cyclone. The idea is that as I begin my float session, I listen to the recording of my voice (without the music), then after my first float I record myself saying these words again and that recording is played back when i have my next float and so on, So each time directly after my experience i record my voice in the post float state and that recording will begin the subsequent float. There are 5 sessions in total. I found the whole experience was liberating and empowering, I had so many epiphanies along the way and subsequently have started sharing mindful photography courses and have trained as a breathwork instructor. I really believe that this series of floats was instrumental on those decisions.
